It was a pleasure to visit Isla Ramsay in Glasgow for the first of many video projects to promote female participation in parkour and encourage more women to take up space and be part of this wonderful community. Isla did her Parkour UK Level 1 assistant coaching qualification with us and jumped straight into coaching at her local gym, Movement Park.
We wish Isla the best for her sports coaching studies at Aberdeen's Robert Gordon University, and we can't wait to see where this journey takes her.
