Our Parkour UK coaching courses are designed to equip you with the skills needed to teach, inspire and motivate those interested in learning new skills or increasing their knowledge of the sport.

Our syllabuses cover parkour specific skills, preparatory strength and conditioning within your coached sessions, creative movement, battling mental challenges and spotting safely, alongside vital coaching skills such as lesson preparation and planning, communication, health and safety and how to run fun and engaging sessions for all ages and abilities.
