To get started with parkour, taking parkour classes is a great way to develop your skills and confidence under the guidance of a qualified coach.
Parkour classes are held at dedicated parkour gyms, indoor sport halls and various outdoor spaces all across the UK. A parkour coach will safely teach you how to vault, jump and move over obstacles with control and ease.
To help you get started we have added a "UK Parkour Map" below. This map includes parkour coaching organisations, parkour gyms, and outdoor parkour parks throughout the UK.
Most coaching organisations offer classes for all ages and abilities, with programs often starting for children as young as 4 years old. Many also offer specialised classes, including 1-2-1 sessions, girls and women-only classes, adult classes, SEN (Special Educational Needs) classes, birthday parties and open gym sessions.
Before booking, we recommend checking that the coaches are DBS checked, first aid trained, have a safeguarding certification, and hold a Parkour UK Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification.
For best results we recommend using a laptop or desktop, however we have added instructions for mobile devices and tablets below.
